Hug puts you in control. Unlike traditional home heating companies, we don’t need to visit your house before installing your new boiler.
You just need to answer a few questions for us and we’ll recommend a boiler based on your answers.
You’ll be able to compare brands and prices to choose your new boiler. Then you choose a convenient date to have one of our expert Gas Safe engineers install it for you.
Your Hug boiler will be delivered by courier on the morning of your installation day. Your engineer will arrive bright and early, between 8 am and 10 am. On the odd occasion, we need to deliver your Hug a day or so before installation. But don’t worry, we always check with you to make sure it’s convenient.
Our installers are qualified, experienced professionals. They’re a friendly lot, too.
Our packages start at just £13.00 per month. You can also pay it all upfront using our secure online payments system.

Absolutely. All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered and have undergone all the necessary training before joining our ranks.

We’re able to offer great prices on new boilers due to our partnership with a number of manufacturers. Prices range greatly depending on the model type, the energy rating and the capacity of the boiler. Once you’ve completed our home survey we’ll give you a list of suitable boilers; that’s where you can compare prices. Generally, our finance packages start from £13 a month. We offer a wide range of boilers from a number of manufacturers and are able to install virtually any boiler.

Our partnership with Viessmann in particular allows us to offer Hug customers exclusive deals and warranties.

We do – as long as you complete our questions and select which boiler you’d like. You also need to make sure you enquire before 4pm for next-day installation.
